Pack Light: The Weight We Carry is a transformative co-ed experience designed to uncover the hidden weight we carry every day.

What started as small responsibilities, expectations, or unspoken emotions has quietly become stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and exhaustion. Many of us are carrying more than we realize—and it’s showing up mentally, physically, and spiritually.

This experience creates a safe and intentional space for both men and women to explore what they’re carrying, how it’s affecting their lives, and how to finally release what was never meant to be held alone. This will occur through a powerful message, guided discussion, and an interactive activity.
